Whatever It Takes At UGA is about people: the people who we help, the people in our organization, and the people we partner with in order to achieve our goals. They are what matter to us; and like our name states, we will do whatever it takes for them. WIT at UGA is unique on the campus of the University of Georgia. We are about working directly in the neighboring community and stressing hands-on community involvement. We do not just fundraise to pay for a difference. We aim to be that difference.
For this reason, we care not only about the people we are helping, the Athens-Clarke County Community, but about the people who make us and are a part of us. WIT at UGA is a team. We are a team that comes together to fight for the children in our own backyard. We want everyone in our organization to know each other and see what projects we are involved in. We hope this encourages communication between our group to come up with new ideas, new projects, and reach new successes.
Our goal is to make a difference in the Athens-Clarke County Community. There are a lot of people who need that extra push or can use an extra hand in order to get up and get going. We aim to take on every aspect of life through improving saftey, health, education and family life within these communities. Join us in the fight!
